Gas Mask Cartridges

Gas masks – with Cartridges – are also known as air-purifying respirators because they can clean chemical gases and vapors and possible particles out of the air as you breathe.

  • This type of respirator includes a facepiece or mask, and a cartridge which sometimes includes a filter.

  • Gas and Vapor cartridges are designed to protect against a variety of gases and vapors. Examples include Ammonia & Methylamine, Mercury Vapors, Organic Vapors and Acid Gas to name but a few.
